Q: Where is your online shop based in?

A: We are based in Singapore.

 

Q: Do you have a shop/boutique?

A: Yes. As of 1st Feb 2022, Our boutique is located at Tanjong Katong Complex, #03-28 (TUES-SUN: 2-7PM - if there are any changes, we will update on our social media). You may WhatsApp us first at 87151569 if you wish to confirm if we are open on a particular day.

*As of 20th December 2021, we are no longer operational at #03-05*

 

Q: How do I place my orders?

A: You may simply whatsapp us your orders at +65-87151569 or order directly from our website (strongly encouraged, faster) or purchase directly from our physical shop.

 

Q: Do I need to create an account to order from your website?

A: No, you don't have to. 

 

Q: What are your payment methods on your website?

A:

1) Debit/Credit card payment via paypal express checkout *4.5% transaction fee will be charged

2) Direct DBS bank transfer.

3) Paynow/Paylah!

 

Q: What are your shipment methods?

A: 

1) Normal postage via Singapost [Price will depend on the number of items purchased] ~ 3-7 working days, no tracking number provided. Items will be delivered to your mailbox. At your own risk. 

2) Standard courier service [FLAT RATE $5] ~ 2-3 working days AFTER pick up. Items will be delivered to your doorstep. If no one is at home, courier will contact you and he will place your items at somewhere safe (shoerack, waterriser, etc).

3) Express courier service [FLAT RATE $10] ~ 1 working day AFTER pick up. This is if you need your items delivered urgently. Items will be delivered to your doorstep. If no one is at home, courier will contact you and he will place your items at somewhere safe (shoerack, waterriser, etc).

 

* PROMO: If you spend $80 & above, you will receive FREE STANDARD courier service (2-3working days after pick up)

 

Q: When is the courier pick up days?

A: Courier will pick up parcels only on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays and the cut off time to order will be a day before at 6pm (Sun, Tues & Thurs). We will update on our social media platforms if there are any changes.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: We ship within Singapore only at the moment.

 

Q: Do you accept self collections/meetups?

A: As of 20th december 2021, we don't allow any self collections or meetups at the moment.

  

Q: What are your return&exchange policy?

A: Yes, we allow exchange of items within a week from you receiving your items. BUT only if there is a valid reason why you want to exchange it, wrong size for example.

You can come to our shop to do the exchange. OR you will have to resend the items back to us at your own expense OR you can simply opt for the flat rate of $5 standard courier service and he will do the exchange for you within a few working days. 

However, we do not allow any refunds unless items are out of stock or has a defect.

 

Q: Are your items instocks?

A: YES all our items are brand new instocks unless otherwise stated.

 

Q: Do you offer any discount for bulk purchase?

A: Yes we do. Simply contact us via whatsapp or email, and we will give you a discount code for bulk purchase.
